WSP is hiring an Intermediate Project Controls Analyst in Bogotá, Colombia to support the planning, monitoring, forecasting, and performance management of engineering and infrastructure projects. The role involves maintaining project schedules, monitoring budgets and expenditures, supporting cost and schedule forecasting, preparing performance reports and dashboards, analyzing variances and risks, managing change impacts, and collaborating with project managers, finance, and technical teams. Candidates need a relevant diploma or degree, 4–8 years of progressive project or cost controls experience, proficiency with Oracle Financial tools, Excel, forecasting, and financial analysis, and experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
