BEES is hiring an Intermediate Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology programs from planning and execution through delivery and post-launch stabilization. The role coordinates Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Business teams; manages risks, dependencies, governance, timelines, and stakeholder alignment; and translates business and technology objectives into actionable execution plans. Candidates need program or project management experience in technology organizations, software development or technology initiative experience, Agile knowledge, strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills, and professional English proficiency.
