Description
The Intermediate Security Administrator supports secure operation and compliance of DISA enterprise network environments, with emphasis on ISSO support, STIG implementation, cybersecurity documentation, vulnerability remediation, and COMSEC activities. The role includes applying and documenting DISA STIGs, assisting with network troubleshooting, developing DISN COMSEC reports, notifying managers of non-compliant issues, and supporting compromise-response and coordination activities. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of relevant technical experience, a Secret clearance, DoD 8570 IAT Level II/8140 compliance, and CompTIA Security+ CE. The position is onsite at FMD, with remote work only if justified and approved.
