LEA Consulting Ltd. is hiring an Intermediate/Senior Bridge Engineer for a full-time permanent role in Ontario. The position supports the planning, design, evaluation, rehabilitation, and technical management of transportation structures, including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, high-mast poles, and overhead sign supports. Responsibilities include preparing structural reports and drawings, performing analyses and design reviews, coordinating with project teams and clients, supporting project delivery, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, P.Eng. licensure with at least five years of P.Eng. experience, and 10+ years of professional experience in bridge, transportation, or transit-related structures. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with periodic attendance at the Markham/Toronto office and an annual salary range of $110,000–$160,000 plus benefits.
