Intermediate / Senior Mechanical Engineer at EXP

EXP is hiring an Intermediate / Senior Mechanical Engineer for its Buildings group in London, Ontario, on a hybrid basis. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design, calculations, specifications, equipment selection, vendor coordination, RFI and submittal review, construction support, code compliance, project planning, and mentoring of designer-level staff. Candidates need at least seven years of project management or mechanical design experience, a P. Eng. license with the PEO, strong leadership and communication skills, and building design experience; educational, institutional, or healthcare experience is preferred. The base salary range is $110,000 to $120,000.
