Mission Control is hiring an Intermediate/Senior Project Manager in Ottawa, Ontario, to lead complex software and space-technology projects from initiation through delivery. The role manages customer and stakeholder relationships, project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, cross-functional teams, quality, reporting, and delivery processes, while mentoring junior staff and improving project management practices. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field, 5–10+ years of project management experience in a technical or software-focused environment, software development project experience, and eligibility for a Canadian security clearance. The position offers $90,000–$140,000 annually plus benefits, relocation assistance, and equity.
