Description
K2United is hiring an Intermediate Software Architect to shape the technical direction of CareerSafe's software products while remaining hands-on with implementation. The role involves designing scalable solutions, validating designs through prototypes and proof-of-concepts, supporting development and cross-team coordination, contributing production code when needed, participating in incident response, documenting architecture, reviewing pull requests, and maintaining engineering standards. The position requires hands-on software development, backend and scalable-systems experience, Python, relational database and API design, cloud and infrastructure-as-code familiarity, and willingness to travel approximately 10% and work a 9/80 schedule.
