Description
The role combines software development, QA testing, cloud-service troubleshooting, and infrastructure management. Responsibilities include executing manual and automated tests, developing and maintaining software systems, managing test automation and QA lab environments, troubleshooting mission-critical cloud services, monitoring service performance, and collaborating with development, QA, operations, R&D, and technical support teams.
