Description
Vista is hiring an intermediate-level Software Engineer on its data engineering team to build AI-enabled production systems and the secure, scalable data platform supporting the company’s AI programme. The role focuses primarily on implementation, including data ingestion pipelines, services, integrations, reusable tooling, AI orchestration, observability, security, data quality, and platform improvements, using Python and TypeScript across cloud and distributed systems. It is based in Auckland with hybrid work requiring 1–2 office days weekly, and applicants must already have the right to live and work in New Zealand without employer sponsorship.
