WSP is hiring an Intermediate Structural Designer in Thunder Bay to support heavy industrial and mining projects, including new construction and rehabilitation. The role covers structural drafting and modelling from conceptual design through construction completion, producing 3D models and 2D drawings for steel, concrete, and masonry structures; collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; supporting site visits and field reviews; and reviewing shop drawings. Candidates need a relevant civil or structural engineering diploma or degree, at least six years of structural drafting and design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT, and familiarity with Ontario and national building codes. The position is hybrid and pays $70,600–$97,200 in Ontario.
