WSP is hiring a Structural Engineer for its Resources team in Thunder Bay to design and deliver structural systems for industrial and mining facilities across Ontario and beyond. The role covers conceptual design through stamped IFC deliverables, multidisciplinary coordination, structural assessments, site investigations, technical reporting, design leadership, and client engagement. Candidates must be a Professional Engineer in Ontario with at least six years of experience designing concrete and steel structures for Canadian industrial facilities, including Thunder Bay market experience, and must be proficient with Canadian codes and structural analysis tools such as S‑Frame, STAAD.Pro, or SAP2000. The position is hybrid and requires occasional travel.
