Description
The employer is seeking an intermediate System Pilot to work on a public-sector client project in Québec. The role involves analyzing user needs, drafting and coordinating IT change requests, designing and testing solutions, piloting system implementation and change management, monitoring system evolution, supporting users, and producing process, documentation, testing, communication, quality-assurance, and other deliverables. Candidates need five years of experience as a business analyst and system pilot in a comparable technological and organizational environment, at least 12 months of Agile experience, and at least 12 months of experience with systems development methodologies and recognized documentation standards such as Macroscope and Green Guide.
