GitLab is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its R&D organization to lead 1–3 strategic technical programs across multiple engineering teams and product stages. The role owns program planning and execution, aligns stakeholders, coordinates asynchronous collaboration, identifies risks, tracks program health, and contributes to evolving Technical Program Management practices. Candidates should have experience in technical program management, project management, software engineering, or similar technical roles, along with knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile practices, and cross-team coordination. The position is fully remote and welcomes candidates with varying levels of experience.
