3pc is hiring an Intermediate Technical Project Manager in Berlin-Kreuzberg to lead technically complex software development and integration projects for clients in culture, science, politics, public administration, and business. The role covers technical and organizational project leadership, planning architecture, effort, schedules, and budgets, translating requirements into technical concepts, coordinating developers, managing client and public-sector stakeholder processes, and overseeing accessibility, security, performance, and AI-assisted tools. Candidates need several years of experience leading demanding software projects, strong PHP knowledge, familiarity with web technologies and integrations, software architecture understanding, excellent German communication skills, and comfort working with public-sector requirements. The position follows a hybrid model with at least two office days per week after onboarding and up to three home-office or office days.
