Description
The Department of Developmental Disabilities is hiring a Therapeutic Program Worker to provide direct care and therapeutic support to residents with developmental disabilities. The role assists with daily living activities, promotes independence, implements recreational and activity programs, supports planning and shopping, completes documentation, performs light housekeeping, and helps redirect unsafe behaviors. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with five or fewer points are required; no prior experience is required. The position offers starting hourly pay of $23.28, medical coverage available the first of the month following the start date, and mandatory overtime.
