Description
ConGlobal is hiring an Intermodal Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently load, unload, and relocate shipping containers in an intermodal yard. The role operates hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders; coordinates yard personnel; inspects equipment; and follows safety procedures. It is a full-time, immediate-hire position requiring open availability across all shifts, weekends, and holidays, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work. Previous heavy-equipment experience is preferred, along with intermodal or rail-yard experience and familiarity with container-handling equipment. The position offers starting pay of $21.35–$23.72 per hour, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k), paid training, and career advancement.
