ConGlobal is hiring an Intermodal Equipment Operator (Terminal Operator) immediately for its Stockton, California depot. The role operates hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders to load, unload, stack, move, and organize shipping containers in an intermodal yard. The position requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $24.58 per hour for apprentices with no experience and $26.71 per hour for journeymen with experience, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid training, and advancement benefits.
