CSX is hiring an Operations Control Center Intern to support data-driven decision-making by collecting and analyzing gate-error and operational data, identifying trends and process-improvement opportunities, creating reports and dashboards, collaborating on capital projects, documenting procedures, and presenting insights to stakeholders. The 10-week summer internship is on-site at CSX Headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, from May 24, 2027, through July 30, 2027, with eligible interns potentially receiving complimentary housing and competitive hourly pay.
