The John Deere TECH Student is a paid two-year internship in the Service department that combines classroom and laboratory training, dealership internships, and certification in Electrical, Hydraulics, and Service Advisor. The role supports senior technicians, performs basic service and equipment inspection tasks, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, customer communication skills, and the ability to lift at least 25 pounds repeatedly.
