Description
Magnolia Gardens Nursery is seeking interns for a 10-week intensive program that exposes participants to nursery production across the value chain, including container production, tissue culture propagation, financial reporting, gross margin, and profitability. Interns work with assigned mentors on specialized projects such as pest management, herbicide management, propagation techniques, new product development, sales and operations planning, task efficiency, and irrigation. The program offers school credit, career development, and flexible scheduling for students, with ideal candidates being junior or senior students majoring in Horticulture, Soil Science, or Agriculture Business.
