Centerstone is hiring a part-time Masters Level Intern in social work or counseling to collaborate with discharge planners and CSU/WIC teams on comprehensive discharge plans for clients admitted into the CSU. The intern will meet with clients to address mental health, physical health, substance use, housing, financial, legal, and social needs through scheduling, safety planning, referrals, relapse prevention, and resource coordination. The role requires a bachelor's degree and enrollment in a master's-level program, along with communication, electronic medical record, problem-solving, crisis intervention, and de-escalation skills.
