Join Consileon as a working student or intern for at least three months, preferably six, to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day operations across various financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, capital markets, and fintechs. Responsibilities include supporting the team, preparing independent presentations, conducting research and analysis, and understanding daily project work. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in a STEM field with a business administration or IT focus, possess interest in digital transformation within finance, demonstrate independence, enjoy collaboration, and excel in MS Office proficiency.
