YoungCapital is hiring an HR/Recruitment intern in Eindhoven for a work-placement or graduation internship. The intern will support recruitment assignments for major clients, conduct selection and intake interviews, write and post job vacancies, guide candidates through applications and contracts, and maintain contact with candidates and clients. The role offers an allowance of €525 per month, training, coaching, and equipment, and requires at least HBO-level working ability, Dutch proficiency, sociability, curiosity, motivation, and availability for at least four months.
