Hays Electrical Services is hiring a paid Business Systems Intern for a 10–12-week summer program in Houston, Texas, with potential travel to project sites across Texas. The intern will support the IT team with ERP and HRIS administration, user access and permissions, reporting and dashboards, data validation, system troubleshooting, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. The role requires a student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, basic ERP knowledge, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills; ERP, SQL, and helpdesk experience are preferred.
