Description
Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an intern for a five-month Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) engineering project focused on process optimization, equipment characterization, statistical and AI-assisted data analysis, and manufacturing excellence in a semiconductor environment. The intern will analyze CMP process, metrology, equipment, and manufacturing data; evaluate process stability and capability; investigate a defined performance challenge; and develop a dashboard, analytics model, or automation solution along with engineering recommendations. The project requires analytical, experimental-data-interpretation, statistical, and AI-related skills, and the intern should be able to commit to the January–May 2027 period.
