Description
Micron Technology is hiring an HBM Architecture Intern to evaluate high-bandwidth memory clocking architectures, PLL performance, timing behavior, clock distribution, jitter, and high-speed IO signal quality. The intern will benchmark alternative architectures, support architecture-level design decisions, and apply large language models, generative AI, and AI-assisted engineering workflows to improve analysis and productivity. The role requires a current Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, analog and mixed-signal fundamentals, clocking and timing knowledge, and experience with circuit simulation tools.
