Intern Customer Experience at Thales

Thales is hiring an intern for a Customer Experience Back-End role in Polanco, Mexico City, with a hybrid work arrangement. The intern will support customer service and order treatment by processing purchase orders, entering orders into ERP systems, coordinating approvals, managing card-sample homologation, credit and invoicing processes, and monitoring semi-finished-card inventory against service-level agreements. The role requires intermediate English, a student in the final semesters of an economics or business administration degree, and availability to work five hours per day.
