Hays Electrical Services is hiring a paid Data Analyst Intern for a 10–12-week summer internship in Houston, Texas, with potential travel to project sites across Texas. The intern will support IT and Accounting/Finance data analytics initiatives by building Power BI dashboards, cleaning and validating data across ERP, ATS, and HRIS systems, analyzing trends and anomalies, supporting cost tracking and budget analysis, and automating reconciliation and reporting. The role requires a student pursuing a bachelor's degree in data analytics or a related field, with Excel proficiency and exposure to Power BI, SQL, or similar tools preferred.
