NISC is seeking a Database Conversion Programming Intern to research, design, and convert member and customer data to NISC platforms; perform conversion fixes, data analysis, mapping, quality testing, validation, verification, and balancing; and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. The role prefers knowledge of business software, the utility industry, project management, relational databases and SQL, Linux, command-line interfaces, and ETL tools, along with strong research, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field is preferred.
