Description
Micron Technology is hiring an HBM Memory Design Engineer to design, analyze, and optimize digital, analog, and memory circuits for High Bandwidth Memory products. The role supports layout, validation, tape-out, verification, parasitic modeling, simulation, and product development, while collaborating with global design, verification, product, test, and manufacturing teams. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related technical field, have CMOS and semiconductor device knowledge, experience with FineSim or HSPICE, familiarity with Verilog and power-network analysis, and experience with Python, TCL, or Perl.
