GE Vernova is hiring a six-month Power Electronics Intern in Belfort to analyze, centralize, improve, standardize, and version-track GE-developed power-electronics tools. The intern will contribute to load-flow, harmonic and impedance, short-circuit, and transient-behavior simulation tools, with responsibilities including usability and maintainability improvements. The role requires strong analytical, project-management, communication, and teamwork skills, along with proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, control and command, simulation, numerical analysis, real-time simulation, signal processing, and at least one programming language.
