EMC is hiring a paid Information Technology Intern for its Digital Workplace Experience team. The role is on-site for candidates residing in the Des Moines Metro area and involves installing and maintaining PCs and laptops, managing hardware assets, supporting Jira, M365, Tanium, Windows, and Mac OS, managing endpoint patching, security, software deployment, backups, and device management, troubleshooting endpoints, and assisting with automation, scripting, reporting, and workflow documentation. Applicants should have a technical field background, a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher, strong communication and organizational skills, and interest in information technology; familiarity with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting is preferred.
