Micron Technology is hiring a Process Integration Engineer Intern to support the development of next-generation DRAM memory technologies. The intern will define technology achievements, design rules, structural requirements, and electrical specifications; collaborate with process development, simulation, process architecture, circuit design, and quality teams; maintain technical documentation; evaluate device architectures and scaling approaches; and use AI and AI-assisted tools for technical analysis. The role requires a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related technical field, knowledge of semiconductor process integration and technology scaling, experience with Design of Experiments and statistical analysis, and the ability to resolve complex technical challenges in a multi-functional engineering environment.
