Description
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is recruiting interns for its Beijing office in the Equity Capital Markets practice. The intern will conduct legal research and due diligence, provide legal translation, prepare legal memoranda, and draft legal documents in Chinese and English. The role requires a 2027 or 2028 law degree, strong English and Chinese writing skills, legal research and writing capabilities, five-day availability, and willingness to travel; PRC bar qualification and prior law-firm or in-house legal experience are preferred or advantageous.
