Description
Tenaska is hiring an on-site Engineering Intern in Omaha, Nebraska, to support interdisciplinary energy project teams. The role provides technical and engineering support for development-phase energy projects, existing power plants, new energy technologies, and potential acquisitions, including technical due diligence, technoeconomic assessments, project engineering support, collaboration with engineers and consultants, and presentation of findings. The position requires strong technical and analytical skills, communication skills, and preferably a third-year Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering student; other engineering disciplines and second-year students may be considered. Some travel may be required, and the company does not offer visa sponsorship.
