Description
ERCOT is recruiting multiple Commercial Operations interns for a full-time summer internship in Taylor, Texas, running from June through the second week of August 2027. Interns will work on assignments related to market analysis, market validation, congestion revenue rights, wholesale market operations, and market intelligence and strategy. Candidates should be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Power Systems, Computer and Electrical Engineering, or Economics, and must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Preferred qualifications include software development experience in C#, Java, or Python, SQL database querying, and power systems analysis. Interns must be on-site in Taylor, Texas at least two days per week.
