Evergy is hiring an Intern, External Reporting for its External Reporting & Property department in Kansas City. The intern will prepare SEC filings, including quarterly Form 10-Q reports, and perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis for management. The role requires financial accounting, managerial accounting, and intermediate financial accounting I coursework, proficiency with spreadsheet applications, strong organizational and proofreading skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. The internship pays $19.00–$23.00 per hour and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with work-from-home capabilities on Monday and Friday.
