Description
Hays Electrical Services is hiring a paid Field Engineer Intern for a 10–12-week summer program in Houston, Texas, with potential travel to project sites across Texas. The site-based, physically active role supports active electrical construction projects by maintaining as-built drawings, tracking RFIs and submittals, assisting with reporting, material tracking, punch lists, site walks, quantity takeoffs, progress tracking, safety documentation, and compliance. The intern must be pursuing a relevant engineering or engineering-technology degree, work on active job sites, have strong organizational skills, and hold a valid driver's license; prior construction experience, blueprint-reading, and project-management software familiarity are preferred.
