Evergy is hiring an Intern – Financial Analyst for Summer 2027 in Kansas City, Missouri, or Topeka, Kansas. The intern will report to a manager in the Financial Planning and Performance organization and support budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, performance metrics, project funding records, and financial data analysis. The role requires current enrollment in a university focusing on accounting or finance, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, professional communication, and advanced Excel and financial systems experience. It offers a $19.00–$23.00 per hour pay range, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. hours, and a hybrid work schedule.
