Description
The role supports daily handover between Ninja Van and air and sea freight agents by coordinating domestic shipments, monitoring shipment status and customer feedback, preventing backlogs and delays, entering and consolidating data in a management system, and maintaining customer relationships. It requires a transport, air freight forwarding, or logistics diploma or degree, 3–6 months of internship experience, strong communication and analytical skills, English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency, MS Office or Google Docs proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
