Intern - Generative AI model personalization and efficient fine-tuning at Qualcomm International Inc., Mexico Branch Office

Qualcomm Korea YH is seeking an Interim Engineering Intern - Software to develop generative AI theories and algorithms for mobile-device applications, with a focus on foundation models, personalization, efficient fine-tuning, multimodal generation, model optimization, quantization, reinforcement learning, and self-supervised learning. The intern will work on research projects that may be published in top-tier conferences and journals, with deployment on Qualcomm chips. Applicants must be pursuing a Ph.D. or Master's degree in a relevant field, have strong machine learning and deep learning knowledge, research experience in generative AI, Python and deep-learning-framework experience, and at least two first-author papers, including one at a top-tier conference.
