Description
The Operational Analytics Support Intern will prepare data extracts and tables for ad hoc analysis and leadership requests, support slide content with charts and commentary, and assist senior analysts. The role also performs data reconciliation across Workday, Finance, and downstream reports; validates metrics against definitions and benchmarks; documents report logic and data sources; supports UAT and reporting changes; and helps clean up redundant reports and datasets. The intern will learn People Analytics, HR metrics, Workday, Power BI, and enterprise HR data while building reusable assets for the team.
