The role supports the systematic capture and preservation of experiential knowledge in the pickling line area by accompanying control room operators, conducting interviews, analyzing workflows, documenting processes and procedures, organizing technical documentation, identifying shift and area differences, recording open questions, and maintaining project documentation. The position is intended for an enrolled student in a relevant engineering or industrial field, with strong analytical, communication, German, and Microsoft Office skills.
