CAE is hiring an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvement Intern in Montreal to support manufacturing and industrial engineering projects, including continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, process mapping, gap analysis, root-cause workshops, action planning, project monitoring, and KPI reporting. The internship is student-fixed-term, hybrid with four on-site days per week, and requires French-English bilingualism, strong analytical and communication skills, and relevant prior internship experience; a Six Sigma or PMP asset and related degree are preferred. Internship costs are reimbursed up to $250, and the role offers potential extension and full-time employment.
