Description
Continental is hiring an IT Support & Maintenance Intern for at least three months, starting as soon as possible. The role provides technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, projector, networked, and collaboration devices; installs and manages hardware and mobile devices; handles IT incident tickets in BMC Helix; maintains IT assets in FAME; supports project rollouts; and develops and maintains PowerBI reports. Candidates should be studying Computer Science or Information Technology, have technical support or desktop support experience, and be familiar with Windows, Linux, or Mac OS. Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco certification is a plus, along with strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and English communication skills.
