Compeer Financial is hiring a paid IT Operations Intern for a full-time summer internship through the summer of 2027, with work from Lakeville or Mankato, Minnesota. The intern will support IT service management, reporting, documentation, asset management, incident and problem management, and process improvement under the guidance of experienced IT Operations professionals. The role requires a current bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, strong Microsoft Office skills, data-analysis ability, and strong communication and organizational skills. The internship pays $20–$21 USD per hour and requires the intern to provide their own housing and transportation.
