The role requires a part- or fully-qualified degree or equivalent professional qualification in Financial Management, analytical and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong English communication, and teamwork. It operates on an 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM Sri Lankan Time shift with a hybrid workstyle requiring three days in the office.
