L3Harris is hiring an Intern, Mechanical Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama. The intern will support new product development and factory support of existing products, work with mechanical designers on CAD models and part documentation, and generate or process engineering change orders. The role requires a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, engineering mechanics, materials science, or a related field, with CAD, FEA, structural mechanics, fatigue, and damage tolerance knowledge preferred. The schedule is 9 out of every 14 days totaling 80 hours, with every other Friday off.
