Description
Labcorp is hiring a Mechanical Engineer Intern for its Engineering Team in Bloomfield, Connecticut. The intern will assist engineers in designing and developing hardware for complex robotic systems and perform testing, assembly, troubleshooting, or debugging of mechanical or electromechanical prototypes and software. The role is a 12-week, full-time, paid internship from May 24, 2027, through August 13, 2027, with a schedule of Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; preferred qualifications include SolidWorks experience, electromechanical component knowledge, CAD drawing and schematic production, and 3D printing experience. The position pays $23-$28 per hour and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
