Description
Micron Technology is seeking a Memory & System Architecture Research Intern to characterize AI training and inference workloads and develop, validate, and benchmark analytical and simulation models for memory-centric architectures across rack-scale AI platforms. The intern will analyze memory bandwidth, capacity, and latency requirements; evaluate architectural tradeoffs; produce performance, efficiency, and cost analyses; and document findings for internal reports and invention disclosures. The role is intended for a graduate or Ph.D. student pursuing an M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant field, with Python, computer architecture, and systems-modeling expertise required.
